Objective: Positioning the MAXOTIC by identifying the next most important future that the world will experience over the next
five or more centuries. By identifying its core assets and formulating a strategy to maximize our participation and
economic consistency, will guarantee us and our subsequent generations an equal and first world status going
forward. The region at this time facilitates the worlds needs and has the highest level of service satisfaction of
possibly over sixty to seventy percent. Today if someone mentions the Caribbean it will be synonymous with the
idea of relaxation and fun in the sun.
By us considering this key factor – relaxation – we are able to target a very essential global need that will exist in the
near future, by providing multiple layered experiences, for families, groups, friends, couples, etc. to best assist their
transition or work or long work or life stay in orbit, on the moon, mars, or beyond. Basically, providing the world
with a lounge experience within the MAXOTIC before they transition to their future destination.

Objective: MAXOTIC PEGS considers an alternative regional approach, which harnesses the energy and protects the islands from their most harmful of natural disasters - hurricanes - and preparing for tidal rise or alternative disasters due to global warming and other man-made uncertain conditions. PEGS [Passive Energy Generator Shield] - considering the production and development of PEGS within the "Caribbean" region will be a collaborative between independent experts, public, private, local, regional and global governments and organizational partners.
Essential to any developed network of metropolitan relationships is a sense of having a stable and consistent means of energy supply. In this first scenario it will be the intention to evaluate by means of research, analysis, and graphic modeling, what the potential and needed elements would be in order to facilitate energy excellence for the "Caribbean" via multiple sustainable passive energy
